Description
The product is important for converting body fat into energy more quickly. This is helpful, considering that our pigeons use fat as fuel during flight.
For this reason, it's also recommended to help pigeons that come out of winter overweight burn their excess fat reserves more easily.
Between flights, lecithin ensures that fat reserves are replenished and built up more quickly. If we administer lecithin at the end of the week before sprint flights, it ensures that we can build up a larger amount of glycogen—immediate and easily available energy—in the liver, blood, and muscles. Glycogen is found in the muscles in the form of tiny fat droplets. Lecithin provides these additional energy reserves, and we can feel this when the muscles feel slightly more bloated and tense. This extra energy helps the pigeons train better.
Various tests and trials have shown that lecithin also improves memory and learning ability. As we know, our pigeons fly partly for orientation and partly for recognition, so the beneficial effect of lecithin on brain cells can also benefit us in this respect. Lecithin reduces the toxicity of numerous toxins in the body and increases hormone synthesis. For example, lecithin and choline increase growth hormone production.
May be given daily. 1/2 to 1 capful per 1 kg (2.2 lbs).
