After the flight program once a month in a level spoon in 2-3 liters of water then 14 days before pairing administer in the mouth. Then 3 days before basketing the pigeons you are going to fly with. When they are 10 weeks old in the mouth then 1 week before training and this again after 3-4 weeks. The pigeons must still be sober.
